Q.01Who do you supply?
Businesses that resell clothing: clothing and general stores, market traders, online resellers, op shops and similar. Supply is in bulk, at wholesale prices.
Q.02Do you sell to the public?
Holly supplies retailers and resellers rather than individual shoppers. If you are buying for a business, send a quote request.
Q.03Is there a minimum order?
Yes, but it depends on the category and the stock involved, so it is set on each quote rather than fixed here.
Q.04Can I see a price list?
Prices move with stock and quantity, so they are quoted in writing for each order instead of being published.
Q.05Are the garments new?
Ask about the specific lines you are interested in. Condition, labelling and fibre content are stated on the quote for each line.
Q.06Can I choose sizes and colours?
Size runs and colour mixes are confirmed per style. Some lines come assorted; others can be split to your request.
Q.07How are orders packed?
In cartons or bales, depending on the order. Labelling by style and size can be arranged where agreed on the quote.
Q.08Where do you send orders?
Orders leave from Broken Hill, NSW. Freight anywhere in Australia can be quoted; the carrier, cost and timing are confirmed with each order.
Q.09How do I pay?
Payment details and terms are set out on the quote or invoice. Nothing is charged through this website.
Q.10Do I need an ABN?
Including your ABN helps confirm you are buying for a business and keeps invoices in order. Holly may ask for it before quoting.
Q.11What if something is wrong with my delivery?
Email straight away with your order details and photos, and keep the cartons and packing. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
